Lizzie Schneider, a Bend, OR native is your enthusiastic guide for this class. Her extensive background in running led her to publish an ebook called the Happy Runner’s Handbook, How to Run Correctly, Confidently and Consciously.
She has taught these running principles and practices in Bend through coaching high school cross-country and track, teaching PE at COCC and creating and teaching a very successful running class for the FootZone. Now, she would like to bring the magic of running to her yoga family.
$75 per person
