Jessica will lead you for a 60 minute class designed to stretch connective tissue around the major joints (knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). This passive practice combines a series of various seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes to access the deep layers of the body.  Book your spot here!

Inferno Hot Pilates is a fun, challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout using Pilates principles. Performed on a yoga mat & towel in a heated room with energetic music, Hot Pilates is an amazing workout that strengthens muscles and burns fat without the pounding of a high impact workout. Family Yoga POP-UP

Family Yoga Pop-Up with Beth: Sunday, April 7th

11:30am to 12:30pm *$5 per person or $10 for a family (up to 4)

Join us for a Family Yoga Class at Bend Hot Yoga. Bring your kids, neighbors, grandma, and/or best friend!  The class will be a non-heated, fun introduction to yoga for any age. Beginning with breath work, we will move mindfully through yoga poses suitable for everyone!  The class will conclude with relaxation and guided imagery.  Register here today!

Kathy and Joe will team up to lead you through some functional techniques
designed to relieve the most common tight spots: neck, shoulders, hamstrings, hips, and low back. Get dialed in to proper nutrition for quick recovery, alignment details that create deeper range of motion, and learn simple self-care methods that boost mobility in your practice.

Eating Right: The Ayurvedic Way

Using the traditional Indian wisdom of Ayurveda, Beth will help you determine your current doshic state in order to guide you to make strong dietary choices.  In this workshop, we will discuss the importance of food combining, meal times and incorporating the 6 tastes. We will also discuss the science and importance behind creating strong “agni “or digestive fire.
