A somatic sound bath combines the calmings effects of harmonic sounds with the mind-body techniques of somatics. This modality of movement re-educated and resets the brain and how it senses and moves the body. Somatic Yoga induces the parasympathetic nervous system to potentially release any holding patters that are causing disease or imbalance within the mind and body. This modality encompasses slow, passive movements that enable an individual to let go and be led by the physiological system’s innate intelligence.
