Unlock the myths and mysteries of the Original Hot Yoga (Bikram) Series Balancing Postures! In this fun and informal meeting we will explore Standing Head to Knee, Standing Bow, and Balancing Stick through conversation, practice, and drills! Whether you are working on reaching your foot, or finding a full split, there will be tips for every step along the way. Let’s break down these postures into digestible pieces building a mindful approach to the balancing series. We will learn about bandhas (energy seals), figure out what a “locked knee” means, and use some strengthening drills to create a pillar of strength in your balance! Bring your questions and be ready to do some yoga! AnyBODY welcome, all levels encouraged.
