Yoga for Hips – POP-UP

Enjoy a full 60 minutes dedicated to the hips! We will explore all the ranges of motion in the hip with an emphasis on balancing stability and mobility in the joint. This will be a hatha style class at 95-100F with some background music vibing! Let’s create mindful movements, and creative ways to support a functional hip joint. All bodies and all levels encouraged.
