Yoga for Hips – POP-UP

60 minutes all about the hips! Explore mindful movements, and creative ways to support a functional hip joint. Class will include myofascial release to loosen and hydrate the tissues, attention to the layers of the glutes that stabilize and support the hips, and work on a full range of motion into the joint.
