We tend to unconsciously hold the weight of the world on our shoulders. Let’s work to lighten the load on the shoulders and chest. Class will start with a mini myofascial release session, followed by creative movement to support a healthy shoulder joint! We will work flexibility, and strength in this 75 minute workshop. You’ll leave with an improved sense of posture.
