Cultivate relational and mental harmony through the practices of breathing, moving, chanting, and mediating together.
In this workshop we will:
- Learn to use the breath and locks to circulate energy and stimulate the Kundalini.
- Have an in-depth exploration of one of our favorite mantras
- Learn a short yoga and meditation set for home practice
- Practice Venus Kriya’s (partner meditations)
- We will close with a relaxing double sound bath
