Yoga for a Happy Spine
Join Heather Furtney to create strength in common areas of weakness, and create flexibility in common tight areas of the spine. We will work to improve posture habits that you can take with you off your mat in order to create an equal tension system in the connective tissue and joints of the spine. This workshop has a class style format, be prepared to do some yoga the whole 90 minutes, and you will sweat. Bring a mat, towel and water. We will work through the lower, middle, and upper spine to find harmony!
