Kettlebell Fundamentals workshop with Jessica Jones and Hailee Kennedy
Come learn basic history behind kettlebells and how they can enhance your total body strength. Explore a variety of different moves including the Turkish Get Up a classic functional exercise moving from the ground to the standing position. Moves are designed to bring awareness to the core and ultimately increase whole body strength through mindful movement. Everyone, no matter what level, will receive one-on-one attention, allowing for focus on body alignment and proper muscle activation. The workshop will conclude with a 30min KB HIIT workout which will ultimately incorporate all the newly learned exercises.
