Spring Detox Workshop
This 2-week program will dive into all things detox, starting with the physical body and moving into the mental/emotional/energetic body. We will address why we need to detox and how to do it safely, and access the tools we need to incorporate these practices into everyday life.
- 2 in-person meetings followed by a heated (95F) yoga class to promote detoxification

Sinnamon Hauser is a dancer, choreographer and Pilates, yoga, dance and history teacher. She has taught movement and fitness classes in gyms, Pilates studios and in public education for the past 25 years. Sinnamon, her husband Erick and children Sofia and Emerson moved to Bend because of their love of the outdoors.
Marisa Malzone, MS, CNS is a functional nutritionist dedicated to helping people find their innate capacity for optimal health through food, lifestyle practices, movement, and mindset. She is a firm believer in the healing power of nature and that health and joy go hand in hand. She is also a dancer, wife, mom, and lover of pugs.
