Yoga for Hips
Enjoy a full 75 minutes with Heather Furtney dedicated to the hips! We will explore all the ranges of motion in the hip with an emphasis on balancing stability and mobility in the joint. This will be a hatha (ish) style class with some background music vibing! All levels welcome.
