Yoga for Shoulders with Heather Furtney

Join Heather in a 75 minute warmly heated class all about the shoulders. Learn ways to stabilize the shoulder joint as well as improve range of motion. With training in Shoulder anatomy, application and dysfunction Heather will provide tips for shoulder health and longevity to use on and off your mat. Bring a mat, towel, water, and comfortable clothes you can move and sweat in.
