Join Heather and Wendy for a journey in to expand out. Revel in this New Moon energy in Gemini. “As Above So Below,” take the time to go within and create space and reflection on the oppositions. On the cusp of Summer Solstice and days getting lighter and brighter what makes you feel pleasure and sparks your delight? Class will be a 75 minute Yin Yoga class lead by Heather, while Wendy baths us in sounds from a gong, alchemy crystal bowls, drums and chimes.
