Senses of the Soul: A Kundalini Yoga Meditation Workshop with Nirmal Conforti
A Kundalini yoga Meditation Series for transforming unwanted emotions into peace and ease. Our subconscious emotions have more of an impact on our lives then we realize. In this series of classes we will go deeply into a different emotion each week. Using Kundalini Yogic Practices we will be able to discover where an emotion is coming from (even if under the surface), what it is trying to communicate, and how to resolve it. We will practice a 4 part method to transform fear-based emotions like anxiety into safety and peace; anger into courage and empowerment; desire into contentment and fulfillment; and shame into acceptance and self love. As emotions get understood and resolved these are the natural states that arise. We can enjoy increased intuition and ease. Each class will include a light yoga set and a deep relaxation with an integrative gong bath.
