Yoga for Hips with Heather Furtney
Enjoy 60 warm minutes dedicated to the hips! We will explore all the ranges of motion in the hip with an emphasis on balancing stability and mobility in the joint. This will be a hatha (ish) style class with light background music. All levels welcome. Be prepared to do movement! Bring a yoga mat and a towel.
