Join Heather in the in-between space of consciousness between asleep and awake. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation – all you have to do is lay down and listen! It is said that 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra can feel like 2-3 hours of sleep. Come explore the liminal space and rejuvenate.

We have blankets and bolsters available, but please bring anything else you need to get comfortable – extra blankets, padding, pillows, etc are welcome!
