Join Jeanine Faith for a serene silent meditation class, perfect for both beginners and experienced practitioners alike. We’ll begin with 20 minutes of gentle yoga to relax and prepare your body for sitting comfortably. Following this, we’ll transition into a thirty-minute silent meditation session, seated facing the wall to minimize distractions. This class offers a peaceful environment to explore meditation, a powerful practice known to help reduce stress and enhance overall well-being. All skill levels are welcome to experience the benefits of this mindful practice.
