Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath – a Caterpillar’s Journey

Join Heather Furtney in a guided meditiation called Yoga Nidra, also known as “sleep yoga,” and a sound bath throughout class played by Wendy Schmitt. All you have to do is lay down and listen. Yoga Nidra is a wakeful state of deep introversion. You will find yourself in the liminial space between awake and asleep where meditation and transformation can take place. It is based on the yogic model of the koshas, which represents each layer of our being – physical, energetic, emotional, mental, intuitive, and spiritual self. We will journey through the 5 koshas which is an ancient map of the human being, and when experienced, can lead to inner freedom.

This Caterpillar’s Journey Yoga Nidra Meditation is an opportunity to break free from old paradigms and habits.
