HOT YOGA CLASSES
- 90 minute Hot Class based on the traditional, Original, Beginning Bikram Series: 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a hot room for 90 minutes.
- 75 minute Hot Class: a variation on the Original, Beginning Bikram series. A condensed version of the 26 and 2 postures.
- 60 minute Hot Express: This class moves! A flow of the Original, Beginning Bikram series to boost your endurance and experience.
- Coming soon – Inferno Hot Pilates! Using Pilates principles, Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels.

Kundalini Yoga: Join Wendy Schmitt, certified Kundalini Yoga instructor, for a 75 minute class focusing on awakening the energetic body. Explore breathing, movement, and chanting to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.

This class is a game changer for core strength with modifications for any and all bodies.
Let’s face it, we all want rock hard abs that look great. But the truth is we NEED a strong structure to hold our bodies up and goes far beyond “six pack abs”. Most of us sit too much, forward bend a lot and we need support to keep our spines healthy and get rid of the nagging lower back pain.
This class is the perfect compliment to our Hot Yoga Practice. One hour 2 times a week and you will see changes in all the things you do.
