Shaye Veilleux

Shaye found her love for yoga 8 years ago through her travels and adventures throughout the world. In 2018 she completed her YTT 200 in Hood River, Oregon. Over the years, her practice has evolved with her understanding of the importance of slowing down and feeding her roots. She is passionate about the human body and the importance of finding harmony between the mind, body, and soul. Yoga has helped bring connection to all parts of Shaye’s life, whether she is frolicking in the sunshine, flowing in the park, or exploring the beauty that Bend and the surrounding area has to offer. She hopes to bring her grounding, meditative practice to her community and help others find the same love for yoga. Let’s grow and heal together!
